Lost packages or tracking issues

Every once in awhile a coffee's tracking info will not update, or shows the coffee being delivered in a different city/state. This is the magical, yet at times confusing, world of the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Not to worry as a majority of the time the package does end up arriving! Get in touch with your curator if your having tracking issues (or email info@mistobox.com), we will make sure you get an update and the coffee is delivered safely into your hands.
